CBS complain about YouTube bloggers

There many media groups who utilise the video site YouTube for clips and even reporting, yet one media organisation The Hoop Doctors have found that their YouTube account has been suspended causing them serious problems.

The problem starts with the complaints from CBS who have filed copyright complaints regarding a clip from a basketball match.

This is just another legal issue to do with copyright matters and the use of unlicensed material. It is a problem that has supporters in both camps, some people do not mind it the site is non commercial, but when it comes to someone else making money off the back of some else, then it is a different matter.

The Hoop Doctors defence is that there are around forty different version if the video on the net, are CBS going after them, who knows!
