Boss of Google UK has house removed from street view
While the complaints come rolling in about Google’s Street View feature the boss of Google UK has made sure that his £2 million home in West London is not visible through the service.
Street View allows you to virtually stroll down any street on the database and at anytime turn 360 degrees as if you were actually standing there. In theory, it is possible to look through the windows of a house and see inside.
This has annoyed many people who feel that their privacy has been breached; concerned people can get in touch with Google and insist that their home is removed or blurred.
However, the question is, if this a great service that Google stands by, then why would the boss of Google want his home removed instead of embracing the service like the rest of us.
