Google helps manage site links

A site is what appears on a search, you may have seen them. They offer the searcher to go directly to a certain page on your site. But sometimes this is not what you want, because you need your visitors to look through your site, not go directly to one page and then disappear.

Well you can now stop these site links from appearing on a search request. Googles Webmaster tools offers the opportunity to view and block which pages appear, this is useful for pages that are not relevant or outdated. Once blocked, that page will not show up for 90 days. However Google do not recommend this because they feel that giving the visitor the chance to find the exact page is better. So who are we to disagree!
